劉毅鵬教授，博士生導師，英國雷丁大學亨利商學院，中國管理與全球商務研究中心創始主任,管理組織學教授。曾任伟德平台怎么样中财講席教授,英國伯明翰大學創業與區域經濟系研究主任。獲德國曼海姆大學管理學博士學位。歐盟高級管理教育研究所特邀教授，丹麥奧胡斯大學訪問教授，歐洲商務研究所中國區主任。美國哥倫比亞大學訪問學者，美國巴布森大學訪問教授。劉教授在世界多所著名學府和商學院授課，積累豐富的教學研究經驗。學術成果在國際著名國際商務和管理學SSCI期刊發表50餘篇，包括Human Resource Management, Journal of World Business, British Journal of Management等。最新著作國際人才管理研究Research Handbook of International Talent Management(Edward Elgar, 2019)。劉教授具有豐富的管理咨詢和風險投資經驗，咨詢服務企業包括德國博世，德國電信，德國西門子，海德堡印刷機，費森醫療等。給多家科技型創新企業擔任顧問。咨詢領域專長：企業成長戰略和組織設計，創新創業和創業生态系統，人才管理，企業國際化戰略，跨國并購及并購後整合管理。
